How to make a booking
Making a booking is very straightforward - please follow the three steps outlined below.
Step 1 - Browse through our holiday homes, sport activities, baby equipments and activity adventure packages and find the one that suits you best. Just in case your selection is fully booked, determine what would be your second choice as well if possible.
Step 2 - You can enquire about the availability of your chosen villa or apartment, holiday activities and packages by submitting our simple enquiry form.
Step 3 - We'll find out whether the property is available for your chosen dates and also we`ll check our stocks and see if your selection of sport and baby equipments, activity packages are not reserved yet and then contact you.
What happens next?
Regarding your holiday activities
Siesta Advisor will send you a booking form for the activities and equipment, the booking terms and conditions and details of where to send the booking deposit, which is 50% of the total rental.
Once satisfied that all the details are correct, we ask you to sign and email or post the form back to us. When we have received both the signed booking form and the payment of the booking deposit, we shall confirm your reservation in writing by return.
Please note Siesta Advisor Javea will never ask for payment after your holiday home booking as this will always be arranged by the owner/agent directly.
Regarding your holiday accommodation
The private owner or agent advertising the property on our site will send you a booking form and terms and conditions for the property, together with all necessary information you might need in order to complete the booking.
The balance of the holiday home rental usually becomes payable eight weeks prior to arrival. At this time, the property agent shall liaise with you regarding your travel arrangements, proposed time of arrival and when and where to pick up the keys.
